In order to maintain property values and a neighborhood we can all be proud of; the NSAH HOA has an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) that must be involved in any new construction, improvements, modifications to the property. The ACC consists of an Chairperson and other members that evaluate construction plans, building design, placement on the property, etc., to ensure all construction is in accordance with the North San Antonio Hills, Unit One deed restrictions, also referred to as Restrictive Covenants.
Every property owner in NSAH Unit One is subject to the requirements of the deed restrictions that reside with the land. There is one exception, and that is the property on the backside of NSAH, that are not in Unit One.
The NSAH Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws can be downloaded from the HOA Files tab on this website. These are important documents for all property owners and should be reviewed by all to be come familiar with their content. The Restrictive Covenants explain building requirements, whether it applies to new construction or additions to an already established structures. The covenants also apply to commercial business that wish to build on lots zone as commercial.
In addition, the HOA Files area includes a Architectural Control Guidance document and the necessary forms for requesting support from the ACC
You can contact the ACC by email or regular mail, or see the Newsletter for phone numbers.
